Treat condition as a separate field
A procurement description should identify grade, diameter, material condition and required tensile strength and elongation. Request data for that combination rather than assuming the same values at every diameter.
Do not infer a thicker copper layer from an annealed designation. Copper geometry and interface requirements need their own specification and inspection basis.
